Refund Policy

General Policy

Tapia Digital Marketing offers comprehensive digital marketing and consulting services that encompass time, strategy, creative work, and implementation. Because services begin as soon as planning or production starts, all payments made are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

By purchasing a service or package, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.

Upfront Payments

Clients may choose to pay a service or project fee upfront.


Once work has started, upfront payments are non-refundable.

If a client cancels before any work has begun, Tapia Digital Marketing may consider a partial refund at our discretion, minus administrative and planning time.

Monthly / Recurring Marketing Packages​

  • Payments for monthly services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, as resources and production time are scheduled in advance.

  • Clients may request to cancel future months with written notice (recommended: 14–30 days prior to renewal).

  • Work will continue through the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

Project-Based Services

For one-time services such as audits, content packages, setup work, or branding:

  • Refunds are not available once work has begun or deliverables are in progress.

Delays & Responsibility

Refunds are not provided in situations where work is delayed due to:

  • lack of client response or approvals

  • missing content, files, or account access

  • scope changes requested by the client

In these cases, work may be paused and resumed when materials are provided.

Service Completion Issues

If Tapia Digital Marketing is unable to complete agreed-upon services due to our own fault:

  • We will either complete the remaining work, or

  • Provide a fair partial refund for the unfinished portion only.
